Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Maintaining this form requires that he keep constantly hydrated. In this form he can also draw upon and control nearby water by immersing himself amongst the liquid.

Weakness: In this state, he is unable to do any Taijutsu, Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. He must come out of it first in order to perform such feats

Note(s): Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Note(s): Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Note(s): Shikumi no Jutsu is a technique used to completely stun an opponent. If the target looks into the eyes of the ninja, their mind is suddenly inflicted with intense visions of their own brutal killing. This results in their body going into shock and being unable to move. If the target can physically injure their own body, the pain can be enough to end the paralysis.

Note(s): Kyouken performs a long line of handseals, after it is performed water is formed behind Kyouken and shoots out towards the opponent. Water comes out of every aspect of the surrounding area (trees, rocks, etc). The oppenent is surrounded by water,the opponent has the feel of being overtaken by water, even to the point of realistic parts of water wetting the opponents clothing and even the feel of water going into the lungs if consumed. Only mentally this is happening

Note(s): Kyouken perform a series of handsigns that looks simular to the Suiton: Suiton: Suika no jutsu (but in actuality there is no handsigns for this jutsu). The user, Kyouken, disappears out of sight and so does the world around the opponent. The world that is now entered into is the opponents mind. The opponent is surrounded in a empty void of white light. For a brief moment they are stuck there but begining to show up is a mirror coming up out of nothingness. The mirror will obviously reflect the opponents image but then the image begins to move and come out of the mirror, showing the opponent the worst side of them. Whether they are align to good, there opposite would be bad, or bad that turned into pure evil, etc.

Weakness: This is a very difficult jutsu to perform as it takes time and chakra perservation to partake in this jutsu. The jutsu is four post long and afterwords the jutsu wears off.

Note(s): Kyouken places water around the opponent after a series of Suiton Ninjutsu, once the opponent steps onto the a puddle of water, Kyouken's chakra will link into the opponents into there and into there nervous system. The opponent will not notice, Kyouken turns into a sparses of water and many other Kyouken's, thinking its clones comes up to mentally get into them. The opponent will try to release but as long as there is puddles of water around the opponent, Kyouken can continue to come into the opponents mind

Weakness: Typically Genjutsu abilities, either the opponent is strong enough to release him or herself out of the genjutsu or an outside source comes in to interupt that source. If the water source is evaporated then the genjutsu wears off when the opponent either repels the jutsu or have an outside source. This is a consumption of chakra and is used as a very "ace"

Note(s): Utakata is a Genjutsu technique utilized by Kyouken. First he will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Description: Through the abilities of the Tenshu Hitokoki, the bodies of Caelum family can warp, controt, change, create and destroy elements around them. Not only can there bodies do it but the chakra can quickly and quietly change elements around anyone or anything without the enemy knowing that is changing Elements that consist of elements that are in the periodic table in it can be changed by the Tenshu Hitokoki, this ability isnt considered a forbidden technique cause things like water can be changed by either vibrating the water molecules so it can increase the heat or slowly accelrate the molecules to make it freeze but things of that sort but when it gets to the complicated molecular manipulation then it starts to get forbidden

Weakness: Its forbidden cause if the Caelum is not careful, there body can actually become that element. The Caelum's body can ultimately changed elements but when they change that same element too much they start to become that element, it takes a long time to actually change back. For the chakra seeping ability, it takes much time to do this ability i.e a Caelum is 20 meters away from the opponent, the farther away from the opponent the more time and patience it takes to change a element around them. If the Caelum gets closer to the opponent then the time increases but if the Caelum gets farther away from the opponent then it takes a longer process to change or destroy that element. Plus on the other downside, the higher the protons, electrons and neutrons that are in the element the more chakra it takes, where as if there is simple elements like hydrogen and Hellium which contains only one or two elements it takes little chakra to manipulate it

Description: Another technique that is not considered forbidden but can be dealt with forbiddenly. The Caelum clan member can change there bodies into a element at will i.e Kyouken can change his body into water with no problem (weakness with that is that he must be constantly hydrated to in order to perform techniques) elements like the wind is much more difficult to do since there is so many gases in the air

Weakness: Like the elemental manipulation, if not careful it can literally change the molecular structure of the Caelum's body. If the body has to change into a complex and totally odd substance i.e say element Plutonium, it would take alot longer for the Caelum's body to change back to there orginal body for it takes a long time to get rid of the molecules that dont belong to the Caelum

Naturally they are very strong, strong enough to lift extremely heavy objects without much strain but for those who have mastered the abiltity of the Tenshu Hitokoki, they can literally manipulate there body to become stronger. By vibrating the musceles, they are able to perform feats that no ordinary person can do

Weakness: This does take time for those who are in the Caelum family to do perform. The ability takes percise control on how to vibrate which muscles or how much vibration it needs to make them strong. If there is too little, the change of straining the body is eminent, too much would also cause too much strain to the body so its a risk to use
